A New Van – Thanks To The Kennel Club

Thank you to the Kennel Club Charitable Trust for donating £10,000 to Rain Rescue to purchase us a van for transporting dogs around the country to safety. Our last van had travelled thousands of miles and saved many hundreds of lives. Every one of them worth the time, the money and the heartbreak to do so.

We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to keep doing this – as the van was old. We wrote and asked if they would help us and they did.

The van is going to be crated out with crates from the fabulous Lintran boxes and we eagerly await it. Just last week the van was used to save the lives of 10 dogs – all at risk of being put to sleep in dog pounds.

Thank you to all who donate to the Kennel Club Charitable Trust – for realising that these poor souls deserve us all to help them – they have done no wrong other than be there due to circumstances.
