Dogs Rehomed in Autumn 2006

CUTE CARLA'S plight was seen by a couple who's own cat has now been missing for nearly 2 months. They are still upset that this lovely all black neutered male has vanished from his home in Swinton and would love to find him again. However, they couldn't bear to have so much love to give and no puss cat to share their lives with. They fell in love with this absolute sweetheart and have taken her into their hearts and their home. Sweet dreams Carla"
JAFFA'S new family travelled miles and miles and miles for him. This dog is just so gorgeous - and a real character. The home has gone to is just perfect for this type of dog. Lots of running, loads of water and a family that love and understand him. What a lovely ending for him 9/8/06

SAL (nee MAISIE) - was very disgusted at being put in common kennels - way below her standard of living - but her new owners heard of her plight, and travelled to see her - saw that she needed lots of exercise and a controlled diet - and knew she was the dog for them. 9/8/06

DUCHESS - has gone to a home of football enthusiasts - absolutely perfect for this ball mad lady. However, Dutch is a proper old fashioned family dog - and now that she has found a family - she will settle in with their way of life just perfectly. If they can get the ball off her that is. 9/8/08

TILLY Sweet little girl - who just wanted a bundle of affection and love. In the short time we had her, she was starting to learn new things - as soon as she met her new family - with children to play with - you could tell it was the right match and the lucky girl has just gone to the seaside with them. Perfect for this water babe 12/8/08

MADDISON 15TH AUGUST

Maddison's owner could no longer manage to keep her due to change of his home situation. Maddi's prayers were answered when his new mom saw those beautiful sad eyes - and the rest so they say ' is history'. Madd's is just the perfect baby and is trying her best to be a good girl. Now she is being exercised and looked after during the day - she is repaying that by giving them lots of cuddles as well.

BUFFY 18TH AUGUST

My beautiful baby Buffy - this girl is one of the ones that really pulled on my heart strings. So many people tried to save her from being put to sleep at 2.00 and thankfully we managed to get her in. She has such a fantastic character and so much love to give. Her new mom and dad just love her to bits - and will look after her for ever. Pile on the pounds Buffy
MILLIE

Lilly came into kennels at Peterborough with her 6 puppies where she was noticed by a lady visiting with one of our helpers. Lilly gave everything to her pups and rapidly lost a lot of weight so the pups were weaned early and Lilly was taken to her new home in Peterborough. Now spayed, innoculated, microchipped, healthy again and re-named Millie, she is as happy as can be with her new Mum. She loves her runs in a nearby field and is proving to be very obedient, full of fun and very affectionate. All her pups have also found good homes. 19/08/06

When Sweepie's owner passed away - poor puss was left homeless - her dad was trying to find a home - and boy have we found a home for her. Sweepie's new mom and dad travelled lots of miles to come and take her home. They will look after her and groom her back into health - and keep an eye on the kilo's. 25/8/06
