Sabre - a very friendly alsation female. Around 6 years old - and dumped. However, - she is the latest GREAT ESCAPE - and now has a secure place with Rain Rescue. She has already been to the vets for a check up , and she is on a course of anti-biotics for an infection.
She was superb at the vet - really well behaved in the car - and travelled out fantastic with her mate TSAR.
 
Sabre will be looking for a steady home, where people are used to large breed dogs and happy to do some walking as she will be fine. She would happily live with another male dog or a friendly female. Preferably with children over 6 due to her size. Please give us a call if you can offer the right home for Sabre. 26th June 2008

Ballo and Finlay were both castrated, microchipped and flead and wormed and had both their vaccinations prior to rehoming. All carried out by our lovely fosterer Ann and her team and all paid for out of Rains funds with the help of the Blackpool kennels.

RAIN RESCUE has taken these 2 dogs out of the pound and put them into into paid boarding at the kennels to save their lives.
They will be castrated, flead, wormed and microchipped as part of their adoption. Homes will be checked for suitability for these dogs.

BALLOO
This young 2 year old mastiff type is one gorgeous lad. Mastiff crossed with something, he is a strong boy and will need someone who is used to dogs of this size and temprament. He is to be castrated this week (w/c 14/7/08) and looking for a long term home. He will need at least 1 - 2 hours exercise every single day -
Would be only rehomed where there are no children under 10 years of age and only another spayed female would be suitable to share his home. Hopefully one thats a little on the large side too.

This rottie x is called Finlay
A very fluffy and friendly lad. He seems to get on well with others at the kennels, and would only be rehomed to a home where the children are over 8 years old and to a home with another spayed female.
He will be castrated, flead, microchipped and wormed.
