Rain Rescue’s Warm Beds At Night Appeal

In 2014 we are looking to collectively raise £20,000 to improve our facilities in order to move forward and better serve our animals and community. We wish to give all our animals ‘A Warm Bed At Night’ …

Currently several of our kennels are outdoor with a small sheltered space which uses a heat lamp for warmth. We are aiming to convert one of our current buildings into warm, dry and secure kennel block which would provide the dogs with a much more comfortable space and also open up easy access for our dogs onto a large playing field to the rear of the kennels. Our recent grant from pedigree has allowed us to start on this project but we need more money if we are to fufil our vision. Building, roofing, materials and labour don’t come cheap.

We also wish to in the near future build a more suitable cattery for our rescue cats and resident ferals who are currently calling a large converted shed home. A new more suitable cattery would improve life for all the cats as well as making maintenance and upkeep much easier for staff.

TEXT ‘WARM90 £10′ to 70070 to donate £10 to our appeal … you can change the amount if you wish £1/£2/£5 also much appreciated or visit our Just Giving page to stay up to date with how we are doing.
