'Welcome to all who support Animal Rescue. Our aim is to explore the area of voluntary animal rescue work and support. To assist animal rescue charities, groups and individual volunteers; share ideas and resources and encourage others to do the same. Any help we can offer, in however small a way, really can make a difference. For those with disabilities, such as myself, it can provide a worthwhile and rewarding means of utilising time, skills and abilities that might otherwise be lost. There is so much undiscovered talent going to waste and numerous people who long to get involved but simply need encouragement and inspiration to get started. Here we hope they will find a meeting place for like-minded people willing to work together towards a single common goal – easing the plight of animals in the care of rescues.'
