It is with a broken heart that we have to tell you that our wonderful friend and colleague Linda Napper has died suddenly today.
Linda has devoted her life to helping others and nursing animals in need of help and passed away whilst caring for a pet in need. The lives she has saved are her legacy.
As I’m sure you can understand we are all in absolute shock and disbelief at her loss. No words enough that can describe what she meant to all of us. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
Our hearts go out to her husband Alan and all her loving family as they go through this terrible loss of this wonderful woman Linda. xxx
“I remember being with Linda in every photo that we have taken and was looking through some earlier to find some nice ones of her. She was never one to pose for a photograph just always happy to be there holding a dog or a cat in her arms knowing she had saved its life and helped it on its way. I have learned so much from her, she had a wealth of knowledge and knew so many people. Everyone would always just say ‘Ask Linda’ and Linda’s word went. You helped us to get through this terrible life we lead in animal rescue and I hear you laughing with Sarah and Steve and Adam and Tom and Sue and Sue and Nicky and Vicky and everyone one you meet. They all know and love you.
Linda the world is a sad place without you now, we will just have to get used to it but I know you will be looking after your loving family that have already crossed over and they will help you now too. I know you will never leave being part of us all and I hope we can carry on without you. Love Jacquie xxx”
