Ruby – Older yorkie girl
Ruby’s owner died and left her homeless. Thankfully, Mrs Nix offered to take her into her fold along with her other little dogs and also with Missy. Ruby was so scared – what life she’s had or lost, who knows. Rain Rescue have paid for so many vet bills for her – but now she’s healthy and fine. Ruby has gone to a fabulous new home, along with her new best friends. We are so please that this has worked out just right.
Ruby is an older yorkie lady who hasn’t had the best life. Her owner died and she was left with no one to love her. Ruby is so scared of new things, and it takes her a while to know she is not going to be hurt. Once her trust has been built she loves to play.
Ruby loves other dogs, and we feel wouldn’t be even bothered living with a cat. She just wants a home to live out her days knowing that she will never be alone again.
Ruby is fostered in Sheffield.
Ruby is now in good health having had 22 teeth removed and a good health check up at the vets. We are looking for a terrier savvy home, who is understanding to her needs preferably with other small dogs around for comfort and company. Ruby will not be rehomed with children. She now needs a calm relaxed home where she won’t be subject to loud noises and quick changes.
Ruby is very sprightly out walking and happy when out with others.
Have you a home for her?
Once she knows and trusts you she is such a delight to have and understanding and patience is all you need.
When Ruby came to us- here is her story…..
Her owner has recently died, and nobody was left to look after poor Ruby. Her nails are so long she can hardly walk and her coat knotted and needs a groom. So Off to PETS AT HOME Kilner Way, for a fabulous wash and brush up – (they give all our needly dogs a good clean for free for us because they try to help us).
She’s looking for someone to now love and care for her for the rest of her days. Preferably who is around for much of the day.
