Shelby plays hide and seek – waiting for her new home
Shelby and Dylan – play hide and seek
Both of these dogs have been abandoned and left in a dog pound to await their fate. Once the kennels were full – of dumped dogs – they would have had to have been put to sleep – to make room for the next poor soul.
Thanks to Rain Rescue being here – they are here to run and play hide and seek.
PLEASE if you like reading our diary – and watching our videos – seeing our pictures – please donate just a few pounds via our charity choice site to keep us going.
Everyone tells us they read our pages every day – and yet – we receive so few donations. We wonder every day if we can carry on – can we pay the bills. With your help – we can continue to do this. We have never had any legacy – no large sums of money to help us – every month we run on the lowest budget of all. We aren’t like many rescues – having thousands of pounds sat in a bank account – we use what money we have to save lives – to pay for food – to help keep them alive.
We do fantastic work, and we are asking all our friends to get behind us, to keep us going – so we can carry on. To be there.
Deaf Jeff has gone on a sleep over tonight – and fingers crossed he will be adopted tomorrow – he and his new dad hit it off straight away – and it was lovely to see him going off for a nice walk with him too.
