Billy – wonderful long haired gsd
NEW: Billy goes home – to a fabulous home – with new friends and lots of walks with good food he will soon get up to a good weight.
Billy is just a wonderful dog – how come he’s been dumped in a dog pound.
At just 3 years old he’s had a rough life – and is so very very thin someone has certainly not treated him very well. He’s now on good food, been wormed and passed his health check and on the road to recovery. Once up to weight – he can be castrated (which is mandatory for the adoption).
Billy mixes well with females he has met here – he’s a very active dog and full of boundless energy. He’s not had very much training in his short life and will need fair firm commands.
We are looking for a home where they are used to male gsd’s.
Where you will enjoy putting in the training and the effort
Where you will ensure Billy gets good quality food and sufficient exercise to keep him active
Where you have a 100% secure place for him in a garden
Where he won’t be kept as a guard dog but as a family pet
Where you aren’t looking for a dog to breed with
Where you probably want an only dog as he can be very demanding of attention and will need that attention to train him.
Where you do not have any young children under 10 – purely due to his excitement – not that he is aggressive in any way
