Amy Young GSD Cross – REHOMED

Description

Amy is a young German Shepherd mix.  Whilst in the care of Rain Rescue she has come on in leaps and bounds and never shown any sign of aggression.  She’s had few rules in her short life as she’s only around a year old.  However she is learning really well and very responsive as she loves her treats and rewards.

Being so young, she is very energetic and lovable. She is also good with children but is too boisterous to go with small children. She could happily be an only dog, but would also suit a playful dog to give her something to use up that energy.

Amy enjoys playing with balls and having a good run, and is especially keen to learn new games and rules.

Amy can be strong on a lead but again this is improving, her new owner will need to continue with this work.  Being so young, she will need at least an hours exercise and another walk later in the day.

Here is a write up from Amy’s foster mum:

Amy is a young GSD.  She plays just like any puppy would.  She absolutely loves to chase a ball and has the strange habit of carrying her blanket around with her.
This girl is THE most intelligent, sharp and obedient dog I’ve ever come across.  She loves to learn and just wants to listen to you and please you.
If you’ve had dogs before and want a wonderful, wonderful addition to your household, Amy could well be the dog for you.  She’s so bright, she’ll adapt to any situation as long as she knows shes loved and safe.
She could live with a nice playful male but could not live with cats.

Amy is on our Premium Re-homing package and has a rehoming fee of £180.00.
