Delilah – REHOMED

My name is Delilah. A lot of people agree I’m a very special girl- and yes, I am a deaf girl so that makes me different…. but what makes me truly special is my brilliant sparkly personality.

I love life, everything and everyone, I’m a very lively, playful and intelligent girl. I’m well behaved on my walkies, but I am very inquisitive and like to sniff new things. I love meeting new dogs and don’t show aggression towards them (although I’m quite pawsy so little dogs may get knocked about a little bit by accident when I’m excited, and a lot of them don’t like it). Being lively and energetic, I need plenty of playtime and walkies. A nice game of fetch with a tennis ball is right up my street.

As I’m still quite young and impressionable, I need training to be part of my routine, in order for me to grow up into an obedient, respectable lady. I’m very good at training, eager to please, and pick things up so quickly… here at Rain I’ve already learnt some hand signals for commands!

As I can’t hear what’s going on around me, touch is import to me, so a reassuring touch on a walk makes me feel more secure, and a fuss for doing well in training. Another dog to help guide me would be lovely (just not a little one, I’m too much for them).

I’d love a new home with a new family to love me.

Can’t wait to meet you.

Love and cuddles,

Here is a video of her learning special rules – she was in the office playing today with Merlin.
