Dez – gorgeous laid back Lurcher

Description

Dez has now found a new home.

Hi my name is Dez and I’ve just started looking for my new home here at Rain Rescue.  As you can see – I do like my home comforts.  I’m so loving and friendly and I am mixing well with the other dogs here at the kennels. I have a very gentle and sweet nature and I am extremely affectionate. I get very excited when anyone takes me out as I just love company.  I walk brilliantly on my lead and I am very obedient. I am such a perfect walker that I stay right by your side. I have been taught how to walk perfectly on my lead and do not leave your side. I look up to you with fondness and loyalty and I would make someone an amazing dog.

I’m around 4 years old and wouldn’t mind a home on my own or with other friendly dogs. Would you like to consider me for adoption? My pics don’t do me justice as I am extremely handsome you know! All our dogs at Rain Rescue are loved but I can’t help but notice everyone has fallen for me!!! Crikey!

I’m waiting for your call. Please come and meet me, you will not be disappointed.

Dogs rehomed by Rain Rescue usually come from dog pounds. We rarely have any history on them but do work and assess them a lot ourselves.

When dogs come out of dog pounds they May sometimes carry Kennel Cough. Your other pets could be at risk of catching Kennel Cough. Please talk to your vet if you are unsure about if this will be a problem to you.

We do not have many hard and fast rules, taking each on a case by case suitability. Our goal is to get a dog into the right home, where it will be loved and remain for the rest of its days and we spend a lot of time making sure this is right.

All donations and rehoming fees goes towards the total running costs of the charity for it to survive.

Should this dog be unsafe and/or totally unsuitable for your situation, i.e. fights with a resident dog or constantly chasing the cat, showing aggressive tendencies that were not seen or known about at the time of re-homing we will exchange the dog with another suitable dog within the first month. We do not give refunds for dog re homing.

Most dogs cost us much more than we ask for in re-homing fees and the charity has thousands of pounds worth of vet fees every year.
