Herc

Description

Herc is one of the most clever dogs to ever enter our care. He’s full of tricks, he can sit, down, paw and even rollover – we suspect he is clicker trained already … but tricks aside he’s a fabulous dog waiting for a fabulous home. Herc can be a little shy on first meetings but once he gets to know you he thrives on your attention and can be excitable. He is looking for a home that can provide him with lots of stimulation in the form of both training and exercise, he really enjoys being with people and learning. If a home where someone was willing to do agility (not professionally) or cani x was part of the lifestyle came along he would love it. Herc would get bored if left for long periods. For someone willing to spend their time with Herc he will make the most wonderful companion.

GOOD WITH DOGS – Herc can be over excitable when he first meets another dog, and doesn’t have the best manners (We’re working on it!) but with good introductions really enjoys their company. He has walked out with other dogs here at the centre but can get frustrated if they don’t want to play.

GOOD WITH CATS – No

GOOD WITH CHILDREN - We are looking for an adult home only for Herc.
