Noel

Description

Noel is a super handsome young Husky who is looking for a fresh start in life, after being saved from an uncertain future as an unclaimed stray. Still only a youngster, Noel knows some of his basics, but is looking for an active home who would enjoy continuing his training and education to help him become a well mannered adult.

In many ways, Noel is a typical Husky- he has a strong drive to run and pull, and so would make an excellent running partner for someone with an active home- he certainly isn’t a “couch potato!”. He loves to play, and will happily swap one toy in exchange for another- squeaky toys are his favourite! Although Noel enjoys a fuss and can be quite an affectionate boy, hes typical husky – its all about the running – so new owners will need to accept this occasional independent streak, and be happy to work alongside it :)

Kennel life is no fun for such an exuberant and active boy, and we really hope that his ideal home will come along soon. Noel appears to get on well with other dogs, so a home with a canine companion would be a possibility for him, preferably a nice female. However, he would be better suited to a home with older children or teens who will let Noel come to them on his terms and can help with his training. He would also be happiest in a home where he will not be left for long periods, as he loves to have things to do, and can get easily bored.

Are you looking for an active dog to accompany you on adventures? If so, then Noel may be the boy for you!

GOOD WITH DOGS – Noel has been good with the dogs he has met at the centre so may be OK with a female canine companion

GOOD WITH CHILDREN – Noel would be happiest in a home with older children or teens
