RODNEY NEEDS A HOME

I am a plonker by nature Because Rodney is my name But I want a simple life Don’t need fortune or fame
I can play all day With my favourite ball Yet a kiss and a cuddle Is what I love most of all
So if you can offer A home that’s forever And will take me for walks Whatever the weather
Contact my friends Stop me from feeling blue Because I need a new mum Maybe that could be YOU!!
Rodney is a young crossbreed of about 18 months. He has been in basic training to be a Seizure Alert Dog but has not quite reached the very high standards expected, as he can lack confidence in new situations and in very heavy traffic.
Rodney is a very loyal and loving dog who is very toy orientated, particularly his squeaky ball. He gets on well with other dogs however can get excited around children at times so a person with previous dog knowledge would be appropriate.
Rodney is looking for a permanent home with people who will give him the time and patience to allow him to settle and adapt to his new environment. If you require any further information please contact
Whilst no fee is charged for any of our re-homed dogs, a donation to the charity would naturally be much appreciated.
Any prospective owner should contact Support Dogs trainer Shirley Lumley on 0114 261 7800 and will be visited by a member of our re-homing team for a friendly informal chat. |
