K-Nine-Care have Elsa a lovely tan and white English Bull x only about 17 inches at the shoulder, a nice solid dog yet very gentle and kind. This is the most affectionate, loyal dog i have ever met, she gives out love in spades to everyone she meets. She loves her tummy tickled and her head scratched, she laughs out loud with sheer pleasure of your company. There is no end to the devotion in this dog, she would lay down her life for you.

Elsa has not had a good life and she isn't the prettiest lady in the world so we need someone who will give her time and attention and gentle regular walks. She is very good off lead, walks by your side and nuzzles her head into your hand to let you know she is with you always. She would suit a family of grown up kids or newly retired couple who will appreciate the love she has to give.

Elsa
is timid around other dogs, she is happy to walk on a lead with calm dogs who are also on a lead but gets nervous around boisterous dogs and she doesn't like being jumped on by dogs. She will occasionally snap if another dog comes right up to her and touches noses but if they stay about 2 feet away she ignores them as long as they remain calm. She is not overly aggressive or a fighter, she has a gentle nature, but she is just scared of dogs too near her. Would need to live with as an only dog.

Cat status unknown so we will not rehome with cats. Not used to travelling but she soon settles and travels well.

Elsa does not need very long walks and she is not a high energy dogs, but she does need several short regular walks a day - Potential owners will have to demonstrate they are able to give enough exercise. This dog must be housed indoors and not be left alone for more than 4 hours.

K-Nine-Care have Floyd a beautiful young Jack Russell boy. He is very affectionate but needs a calm patient kind home as he is sometimes scared and will growl for example if he is chewing a treat you cannot touch him and he gets upset if you towel dry his paws, although I am training him to accept this with his favorite treat (cheese!).

Gets on well with other dogs - currently living in a pack of 5. We would prefer to rehome this dog with another friendly dog or dogs as this helps settle his nerves.

Floyd
is extremely well behaved in the house, happy to stay alone at night in the kitchen whilst other dogs sleep in other rooms, doesn't cry or bark, house trained.

We prefer to rehome this dog with teenage kids who know how to treat a dog with respect. Cat status unknown so we will not rehome with cats. Travels well, you don't hear a peep out of him.

Potential owners will have to demonstrate a commitment to attending dog training classes. He loves going for long walks and is very good recall off lead. He is a lovely strong, well muscled lad. Potential owners must show they are able to give enough exercise. This dog must be housed indoors and not be left alone for more than 4 hours

K-Nine-Care treat all dogs for worms and fleas and if necessary kennel cough. Also neutering, inoculations & microchip. We do not sell dogs but a donation required when the dog is rehomed.

Our dogs are assessed in foster homes, we have no kennels. Potential owners are interviewed and a homecheck carried out by an RSPCA certified homechecker. New owners sign an Adoption Contract. Ongoing support is provided and regular checks made on all rehomed dogs. Should family circumstances change, dogs are ALWAYS accepted back and re-homed.
