Hi, I'm Bailey

I find the big world scary, and dont mind if I don’t go out walking too much but I’d love a garden to play in and a settee for a cuddle.

Bailey’s Story

My racing career behind me, I am now looking for my new home. Sadly, I have no confidence of my own, and the world I find very scary, especially with men. I do eventually get to trust you if you are kind to me. I’m a really gentle boy and am sometimes shy with strangers because the world outside of racing is very new and frightening. Away from kennels and in a home I’m sure I’ll be ok. I will try really hard to be brave.

If you have a nice friendly female greyhound, that would maybe be my friend, I would like that and they could build up my confidence? I do like to play and once I’m in a home and in with a place I feel safe and trust, like my big field I do run and leap and play. They all laugh and say its lovely to see.

My days here at the centre are often spent in the quiet office, so I maybe able to do that, but only if you don’t have visitors. Walking into new places is also scary for me but I do settle down if its quiet and they all say I’m lovely to have in the office. Please get in touch by filling in my Enquire about Me form.
